You could argue that the easiest (but the most painful) method of self-perfection is the physical training for your Body. There are three basic parts to a lifestyle needed for martial fitness:
- Exercise– cardio, resistance training, attribute training, skill building (what are you really doing with your body?)
- Diet (what and how much are you taking in to your body and when?)
- Stretching (to keep the tension and stress of the workout reduced, while maintaining flexibility)
