You could argue that the easiest (but the most painful) method of self-perfection is the physical training for your Body. There are three basic parts to a lifestyle needed for martial fitness:

  1. Exercise– cardio, resistance training, attribute training, skill building (what are you really doing with your body?)
  2. Diet (what and how much are you taking in to your body and when?)
  3. Stretching (to keep the tension and stress of the workout reduced, while maintaining flexibility)
