Pre-Instructional Drawings

Our first three assignments are like pre-tests, and they will be given back to you at the end of the year so that you can see how far you’ve come.

  1. Draw your non-dominant hand. Fill the whole paper and draw every detail you can see. Remember to write your full name, today’s date, and the title is Hand Drawing- all in the lower right hand side of the paper. (25 points)
  2. Draw a person’s face from memory. It must be a real person’s face, no cartoons or animals. I recommend drawing a face that you know well, like a family member. Fill the whole page, and remember to write your full name, today’s date, and the title is Memory Drawing- all in the lower right hand side of the paper. (25 points)
  3. The last drawing is a self-portrait, done using a mirror. Fill the whole page, and remember to write your full name, today’s date, and the title is Self-Portrait all in the lower right hand side of the paper. (25 points)
